Advertisement for Bid

The City of Fayetteville is seeking bids for a lump sum contract for the construction Norris Street Drainage Improvements.  One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be received in a sealed envelope plainly marked "Sealed Bid for Norris Street Drainage Improvements" with the date and time of the bid opening in the lower left corner of the envelope with Bidders’ name clearly written.  Bids must be delivered to the address listed below no later than the bid opening time and date indicated.  A representative of the company submitting the bid must sign bids in ink. There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday July 15, 2021 at the City of Fayetteville Municipal Building in the First Floor Conference Room, 110 Elk Avenue South, Fayetteville, TN, 37334. The Bid Package may be reviewed at the City of Fayetteville Municipal Building in the First Floor Conference Room, 110 Elk Avenue South, Fayetteville, TN, 37334. The Bid Package may be obtained by contacting the City of Fayetteville at (931) 433-6154.  All questions regarding the plans and/or specification in bid package must be received by 2:00 pm Thursday July 22, 2021.  Bids should be submitted to:  City of Fayetteville Municipal Building in the First Floor Conference Room, 110 Elk Avenue South, Fayetteville, TN, 37334 and are due not later than the time of the Bid Opening at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday July 29, 2021 in the conference room of the municipal building.
